Any and all requests for return / cancellation of purchases made online must be made through our Customer Service by calling +55 47 3268-6406 or via our Whatsapp +55 47 99130 8885 within 07 calendar days after receiving the product. Request the desired procedure, informing the order number.

IMPORTANT:

  • Only unused, unwashed, odorless products that have not been altered by the customer will be accepted, intact, with the original labels and original packaging.
  • Any product returned for exchange or return, must be accompanied by the invoice, with the information completed on the back: Full name; Complete address; Request number; Name and code of the product to be returned / exchanged informed on the invoice; Reason for exchange / return; Consumer signature;
  • After receiving the product, it will undergo an OÁSIS RESORTWEAR Quality Control analysis, which may take up to 05 days, and, if any discrepancy is identified, evidence of misuse, bad faith, absence of invoice, accessories or absence of any other item that accompanies the original packaging, we are exempt from the responsibility of fulfilling the customer's request, returning the collected product to your shipping address without refunding the amount paid, and the entire exchange / return process will be canceled.
  • Orders from abroad: Free exchanges and returns will be made only for orders made in the national territory (Brazil). Orders delivered abroad of Brazil may be exchanged but the logistics costs will be the customer's responsibility.

 

RETURN POLICY

If your purchase was delivered in perfect condition, but you are still not satisfied, you can contact our Customer Service, but there are some rules to follow:

  • Deadline for abandoning the purchase: According to article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the customer has a period of up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request the withdrawal of the purchase.
  • Return of the Product(s): The delivered product will be returned by the customer, posting the piece at the nearest agency. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all labels attached.

VALUE RESTITUTION:

  • Payment made by bank slip or bank transfer: The refund of the full or partial amount of the purchase will be made via DOC in the current account of the same owner of the person responsible for the order. The refund term for deposit in account can take up to 10 business days after the arrival and check of the product in our Distribution Center.
  • Payment made by credit card: Cancellations and refunds will follow the rules of the administrator of the card used in the purchase. The refund amount can take up to 2 (two) invoices to appear on the card (depending on the due date or closing of the invoice), after the return of the conference product in our Distribution Center.


EXCHANGE POLICY

OÁSIS, to better serve you, offers you the option of exchanging products in the following cases:

  • If the product has any manufacturing defect. It is necessary: ​​To be within 30 calendar days after receiving the order, according to the rules of the CDC (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).
  • If referring to the size or model change chosen, the exchange must be made in 7 days and the customer is responsible for the freight cost when returning the piece, since in our store are available: the measures, the composition and excellent quality photos of each product model;

PROCEDURE:

  • The product must be sent in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse and return the product, if any of the items are not within the reported standards. In this case, the return shipping will be charged to the Customer.
  • The Posting Authorization Code will be sent in your email next to the shipping address. It is important to remember that in order for you to have no new expenses, in the new postage by OÁSIS the charges for the FIRST exchange will be on us.
  • After the return of the product and the approval of the analysis of our Quality Control, the amount paid for the product will be refunded through a COUPON. You will receive an email informing the number and validity of the same and you can make a new purchase.
